I definitely give Natalie her flowers she did a very good job with her display case I can tell you from experience is wanting to buy those cases for your figures and build them and send them out but it's another thing to customize them cuz that's what I'm going through right now when I come to mussel Rock shows I'm turning them into display cases buying the platform wood to put them together I started off with 1 a 7 more to build and then applying LED lights on them I tell you it's a lot of work for once it's done You are just amazed by what you've created

Do you think fans are more supportive (desire to purchase) of the SW universe (legends, expanded, etc) or of the Marvel universe (what if, deleted scenes, etc)???

Pre-ordered Revan asap and reluctantly pre-ordered Maul. I guess Obi-Wan is coming today sometime, so there will be that as well. And then, I just caved and pre-ordered the Lord Starkiller. Just waiting on GameToys to announce their Aerith for pre-order and for Hot Toys to redo the Big Chap and my 1/6 collecting might finally be over. By the way, Revan is the most powerful force user in the entirety of Star Wars fiction-especially as a Sith. Maybe not so much as a grey Jedi though. Also, I believe that Lord Starkiller might feature nylon, after seeing the listing for Dark Luke and them stating that the suit is made of nylon and it looks almost entirely the same as the one used for Starkiller. It made slapping down an order a lot easier. I was resisting up until Dark Luke was announced.

I would agree with Natalie when it comes to the coins for these two figures is no different than when they had the Obi-Wan figure and if a certain time frame if you pre-order you get the bonus box with the lightsabers I think it should have been a bonus lightsaber or maybe a battle damaged helmet to go with this piece cuz I'll do the coin looks nice it would have been nicer to have an extra accessory for the figure or perhaps they could have had the red coin only for the event and for everyone else that can purchase the figure regularly you get a bonus special edition peace to go with the figure

i think there are translation error across the community, the dark empire luke is coming, the booklet in chinese said 'Lucasfilm wasnt approved the idea in the past, but we finally made a progress this year'

Yeah the whole May the 4th thing is pretty funny - especially considering it was made up by LFL - Star Wars came out on the 25th of May, not the fourth... and I think there are enough kids with money that grew up with the prequels to make Jar Jar a thing, considering TPM is 25 years old. I dunno about the Troopers - the RotJ ones are the cheapest looking of the OT ones to me and I know it's uber-nerdy but both versions of the ANH ones have it all over them for me. Or they could just rerelease the R1 versions as that was a kind of a "best of" design. 🤷‍♂

I usually watch several streams a week, but I just couldn't keep up with it this one , I watch this show cuz its my fav but oh man, this week was hard 😂 and now Back to the future coming God please no ,this is the problem when only collecting DC related 😅

Okay it’s a SW stream so as a not a fan I honestly have nothing to contribute on the topic 😅. But on the topic HT making mainly SW figures and staying within the IPs of SW and Marvel is which is what makes HT not having anything to offer to me really . But what boggles my mind is the way of thinking Natalie presented “ Used to collect Marvel , moved to SW because that’s what’s in now “- it honestly boggles my mind 😅. Maybe I’m the weird one here but I’d never collect on hype lol . I gotta actually care enough for an IP for a character to want a figure of them . Like I enjoyed most Marvel movies on this mediocre action movie level they presented - definitely not enough for me to want a figure of the characters . I actually really liked Dune and Dune2. And I thing this young actor is such a breath of fresh air , finally someone from the next generation being talented - I still don’t feel the need of a figure , if anything I’d much rather the New Wonka with same actor as a 1/6. Probably because I know Dune since a child , first movie was same year I was born lol , I’ve seen too many versions of those characters to have a definitive . But in general , if I’m not collecting based on actors , I really gotta live in that IP like my internal fantasy world must be their world to wanna have them , not a superficial hype over an IP or a new brand that pops up.

I think you misunderstood me. I only collected Marvel, not because I didnt love SW, but because I was aiming for a theme... that has since changed because I love collecting, and the prequel figure releases set me forward to start collecting SW. I now have a blended collection between both franchises. It's mostly because there hasn't been alot of excitement for ME when it comes to Marvel releases lately... it doesn't mean I'm out of the game on Marvel... I love both franchises.

@@natalieg3935 I didn’t mean to sound judgmental, everybody is free to collect as they see fit . I guess the wording of “ what’s in now “ just triggered me . On top of the so many InArt collectors who honestly don’t even know how to spell Gandalf ,that I see in the community ,buying everything that is a hype . Again ,to each their own ,and I’m not suggesting you are like that . I just personally need to feel a very strong connection to an IP or a character ,or the very least the actor to want to have a figure and while I can sense the hype ,I can easily resist it. Again ,not trying to say what’s right or wrong , just the wording ,combined with what I’m constantly seeing made me wonder ,was I the odd one here.
