i kinda wish you kept William's memory lost, or at least make his memory come back differenty, i really liked the idea that William does regain his memories, but it would be interesting if he comes back differently, he still get his murdering kids impulses, BUT, say a situation comes where late at night during one of his killing sprees Impulses a kid is causing harm to a innocent kid and enjoying it, he can somewhat point his killing instinct towards that kid and keep the innocent kid alive, maybe as a way to stop him fully, he only gives a cut to the innocent kids arm and tells him to go home and that he won't kill him so long as he has that cut which, william using his remnent power, has the cut be perminate
