-Vincent and Oliver was in relationship before but they broke up/divorce because Oliver fell out of love.
-And Oliver felt uncomfortable having a relationship with his half son(Vincent).

-William forgave Oliver after knowing the truth that his "mother" forced Oliver to abuse William or she will kill William herself.
