I start a new job in 3 weeks but been on the restart scheme for the jobcentre for the last 12 months. I've seen plenty of 'Yoofs' kicking off but the trainers there don't stand for it so thankfully theres no anxiety. Quite comical some of them lol

Sounds exactly the same, two of the lads nearly got into a fight because they were discussing their religion. There was a lot of over familiarity between them which leads to conflict very quickly if someone lower in the packing order starts to make a jab at someone hiring the packing order
