Keep going, guys. Loving the content. It would be great to have a weekly technique breakdown video using either the latest big matches or legendary ones from previous generations (Roger Gracie vs Buchecha, for example). It's really engaging and the one you did on Gordon Ryan vs Rodriguez was awesome.

Love following you guys! Tackett family FTW! Just a thought, maybe give quinoa a go versus rice. Quinoa has a similar texture and comes with protein :)
