The past few days I have had both a heavy heart and mind worrying about some serious mistakes I made bringing up my beautiful daughter! I asked for her forgiveness a couple of years ago, At the time she said that there was nothing to forgive. II have told God about it as I knew that I needed to ask for her forgiveness before I could take communion. Today, while I studied my Bible, the readings I had been given were Isaiah 53 and Psalm 32, then accidentally, as I was scrolling through my IPad my finger caught this video! This I am sure is reassurance from God! If people knew my mistakes and sins they would say 'how can she call herself a Christian'. But when you realise your sin, that's just when you need the blood and the love of the Lord Jesus Christ! If you read this please pray for my daughter Dawn and her children first and foremost and then for me! Thank you.

Brilliant summary of this psalm that shows the Mercy of God to forgive us when we confess and repent of sin! God bless this young man with such wisdom and insight to give us this good news! We have an advocate with our Lord!

Wanted to give the brother the benefit of listening to the whole speech and i heard sin throughout what he was saying, but he could have atleast defined sin according to the bible(1john3:4) And also you have to do more than just confess ya sins. The bible teaches to keep the commandments. Didnt hear that either. Ecclesiastes 12,.... Its a shame that the only other comment was on the "style" of so called preaching. What about the content?? Back up what you are saying with more book & verse. And david was blessed because he obeyed God. He kept the commandments and when he didnt he got punished and turned away from his sin.

Do we keep the commandments to be forgiven and get to heaven?
@tdeveritt
@tdeveritt 9 жыл бұрын
you keep the commandments because Christ told you too. Its all about obedience with God. And NO, you will not go to heaven. Christ is going to return and let you rule with him because you have proved you can obey by keeping his commandments. You get to help him kill sinners. Rev. ch 19&20

Well that's sad, and not true. True we are told if we love Christ we will keep His commands, or why do you call me Lord Lord and do not do what I say. Neither of these are how we are are saved/born-again. Do you know what justification is? Who is Jesus?

Sorry, but i had to stop listening at the 10 min mark when he said "i believe". You have to let scripture interpret scripture. How can you interpret whats on the mind of the one who created you? I dont care what you believe because you could be wrong. God can't lie, so i would rather hear what thus says the lord has to say.

+Terry Everitt so are you saying that God doesnt reveal some scripture to some people differently. that you cant get a revelation out of it and share it? God's word is so rich. and what's wrong with him saying "I believe"? isnt he suppose to believe what he speaks? I would be concerned if he said "i think" because there lies doubt. He didn't take it out of context.

AG FilmWriter malachi 3 6 For I am the Lord, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed. 2 peter 1 20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. People believe that the Sabbath is Sunday. People believe that Jesus died on Friday and rose on sunday, but the scripture says something completely different. This is what you get when you think God reveals scripture differently. This is because of incorrect teaching. Started in 70AD in Rome. Dozens of history books confirm this, but emotions have be put before the true word of God. So what's next? lets let the scripture answer it. Amos 8 11 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord God, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the Lord: 12 And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the Lord, and shall not find it.
