I love William. His early work is by far my favorite. Back when you could feel the pain of life echoes in every word he sang. Most of his old stuff has been re-recorded , and the new stuff of course , both lost that sense of hardship , longing and heartbreak. I'm glad for him that he has moved past that in his own life but his music just isn't the same.

I mean his music is still the same. It has its roots there but his best work is definitely from the earlier years. Everything up to Radium Death was amazing in my book. The lately stuff is okay. But, I'm sad he didn't get the stardom he deserved. He's like the Colter Wall of the 2000's. But, People didn't blow up as easy in those days. He's still got enough of a following to be a full time musician. But, I like his stuff more than Colters.
