I got 2 Matt Boldy pro stock sticks and they both have black spray paint on the bottom. I think it looks sick and am definitely gonna do it with my next stick

Yes. Always painted the blade black though. Going from Louisville wood-colored wood sticks to replacement blades in 2-piece aluminum/composites to the (mostly) gray early Synergys. After that, aside from a few exceptions, most 1-piece sticks were usually black anyway. Would go out on the back porch, sprawl out some tarp, put some masking tape above the area I was gonna paint (I wanted those clean/sharp lines), spray paint the blade area and sit them standing up against wall (over tarp) to dry. Sometimes would do a quick second coat, let ‘em dry a few minutes, then get the heat gun & give ‘em a quick once over 😎

⁠@@SandalGuy1 usually rustoleum works the best I think. That’s what I have used. Just make sure to sand your stick before applying for the best finish.
