I listened carefully to both and they do both seem to use the same piano riff. Whether this means Orbit sampled 65daysofStatic, or this riff comes from say, a classical piece they both drew from, I do not know. Even if he did sample, it's a well established tradition, think Mark Ronson, Kid Loco, Cypress Hill and many others, who have built amazing new songs around samples. You can sample part of another track and still do something very different and original with it. It's good to acknowledge that you drew on someone else's work in this way, though. Although, apart from sharing that one piano background part, they are completely different tracks.
