If using fresh berries add a few extra 4 eggs 1 1/4 oil 3 c ap flour 2c sugar 3 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1 c chopped nuts Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease and flour 2 loaf pans. In 1 bowl mix berries oil and eggs. In larger bowl mix remaining ingredients, add strawberry mixture, stir til blended and divide into pans. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. I generally freeze one loaf and we eat the other
