Since Vowels left Mercedes it always felt like there was a massive piece missing. Williams have benefited massively from this man. Putting the W back in Williams.

Now he is what I call a really good team principal. Having a goal, doing everything to achieve it but still keeping an eye on the humanside of ‘his’ people/team. Great first season, on the even better season! 💪
