Lord you been so good!! Back in April my brother was in surgery while cut open he stop breathing over eight minutes But God He's back driving heading back to his house Lord you've been my mother my father mysister my brother But God!!!!!!!!!!

While my husband was in the hospital dying, the doctors said there was nothing they could do - cancer in the bone and blood, pneumonia in both lungs, breathing only with the help of a ventilator, pheumonia in the blood, MRSA, kidneys operating at 5% and in a coma, They said to call our children from college to come say goodbye. Gut wrenching. God gave me this song for comfort. We asked everybody to pray one thing so that we would be united in our prayer. God loves unity. We asked God to have mercy. And then one night while at the hospital, God gave me this song. The song even talked about him not being able to breathe!! I almost fell over. God was talking to me directly through this song! He is so GOOD!! Lord I know you've been so good, over me all night long. WOW!! Only God could have brought me to this song. And by a miracle ONLY God could do, my husband came out of the coma, his kidneys are functioning at 90% and he's gaining his strength back. Why does God do these things? Why must we suffer? The answer is pretty simple, really. It is all about Him. It is all about His glory. And He is a sovereign God who does what He wants, with whom He wants but we must ALWAYS keep in mind that He is good. He will use good things, evil things, bad situations, bad people -- He has it all at His disposal -- to let us know He is God and ALL He is asking is for us to give Him the credit. Give all the glory (credit) to Him. Thank you Father God for giving us access to You through your Son Jesus Christ! We need you Lord Jesus! Thank you Thank You Thank You You've been good, You've been good! You told me to call ya whenever I needed you.

This is one of my mother's favorite songs. I can still vision her in the living room singing and giving God praise. This holiday season won't be the same for me with the loss of my sister and mother it's going to be hard. I haven't really enjoyed a holiday in a while cause the devil or someone is always lurking to disrupt my spirit and my peace. I just pray that the Lord heals me spiritually and emotional. The one verse in this song that rangs true for me is.."You can't go home tonight and look sitting in the corner and see mother sitting there, she ain't there no more she gone home with Jesus, she gone on with Jesus. You get down on knees with tears in your eyes and sorrow in heart...Lord Jesus. I miss you momma. I pray everyone treasure your parents and family and have a blessed Christmas and New Year.
