uh same, I'm kinda on the way but not because of the show, it's something Phil said in an early interview before the show. He spoke to the logic of humanity vs the ridiculousness of eternal life through christ...I'm paraphrasing but look it up, he did say this. He said he carefully weighed the two and decided to live a life of faith because at least then if he was right there was hope. I really like that.

Being black, white, or brown are not choices. You may say being gay is not a choice I say it is. You can choose to sleep with a woman or a man, but you cannot change the color of your skin. We are all Gods children we all have the same ancestors. We all came from Adam and Eve. God doesn’t look at skin color but the inside. We are all the same on the inside. Example if you are white and die in a car accident and you donate your organs the color of your skin has no nothing to do if you are a match. It’s what’s in side blood type and a few other things. But whether I’m white and someone else is black we can have the same blood type. So if I need blood and a black person has the same blood type he could save my life and it goes the other way also. People need to stop bringing up skin color it has nothing to do with the person.

I am not Gay but could still choose to have sex with the same sex. But I choose not to. I am white and cannot choose to be black. I can choose to pick up a bottle and drink and possibly become an alcoholic but I choose not to. I am a man and cannot choose not to be because that is what we am. It’s not my God that makes people gay. It’s the father of confusion known as the devil that does that. I feel bad for people that are confused because most of the time if not all of the time something or someone has done something to people that are a gay to confuse them. I was touched as a child and even as a child being touched sexually it felt good. So if a boys first experience is being touched by another man I can see how he would get confused. But my God did not make men to be with men he meant men to be with women. God said to be fruitful and multiple. 2 men or 2 women cannot multiple. Again we could be friends and I could love you as a person but hate what the Bible and God calls sun. I have friend a work I talk to often who is gay and he knows how I feel and I know how he feels but we are still friendly towards each other. I’ll be praying for you.

But, that isn't biblically accurate. The bible teaches to judge righteous judgement John 7:24 and that a spiritual man judges all things 1 Corinthians 2:15. It teaches us to remove the log from our own eye to help remove the spec from our brothers in Matthew 7. The bible is against hypocritical judgement not righteous judgement using the word of God. Telling someone what the word of God says and warning them is perfectly fine and it's what the bible teaches us to do. We are to expose sin. Yes our works are nothing before the Lord what matters is our faith in the work Jesus did. But genuine faith produces works. A faith without works is a dead faith according to James chapter 2. If a person continues to sin willfully after receiving knowledge of the truth then either their faith wasn't genuine or they turned away from the faith Hebrews 10:26-31.

I'm not part of any church, I don't have any friends. No person taught it to me. "being gay is a choice" is unfalsifiable, due to the existence of the term "bisexual". If someone thought they were gay, and later decided that they weren't, instead of a counterexample, people just say that they were bisexual all along. So, it's not a choice, because you remove all counterexamples whenever they occur by relegating them to a different term.

I believe the majority of gays are not making that choice without genetic influence. We can always choose one way or another, but the way we are naturally inclined to choose is part of our genetic code. Why would you choose the difficult path, being gay is accepted now but still not universal, if you had no natural desire to make the choice?

@Lee Grace Equality is a cornerstone of our nation's values and becoming more equal was a major part of what the Founders referred to as "the perfecting of the union." As equality has grown, we have become better as a people, now that we see that having contributions to society from a wider range of Americans is a good thing. During segregation, we foolishly denied ourselves of the talents of a wide range of Americans that were not white males. As we integrated our society, we became better as a people when we realized it is to all our benefit to have the talents and voices of everyone involved. We also evolve and become better as a people when, the ones achieving more equality as barriers came down, were heretofore were the weak, the downtrodden or discriminated against. When we lift up those who are "the least among us," and do so from a moral standpoint.

@Lee Grace It is in society's best interest to encourage and even reward monogamy because of the benefit it brings to the social structure. As far as the law is concerned, a marriage is merely a contract between 2 people. We identify a specific area that needs improvement when we try to make excuses for denying some citizens rights enjoyed by others. @Lee Grace Please review my original point. How could anyone obey the command to love our neighbor as ourselves if that person opposes their neighbor having the same rights they have? What we have is a lot of shucking and jiving with a nice, thick smoke screen to cover up the fact that some Christians are bound and determined to violate that commandment and have all kinds of excuses to cover their sin. In terms of sin, you'll improve your ability to forgive others the more you consider what you have been forgiven of. Don't be afraid of equality or more freedoms. There is no stopping human progress. First it was land-owning white men who got to vote and rule. Over time as we have "perfected" our union, we have recognized and legally protected more rights held by the people. I am old enough to remember when it was widely thought that African Americans were not capable of coaching, playing quarterback or point guard in professional sports and women did not have what it takes to run a company or decide major issues such as whether Red China should be in the UN. More and more, bit by bit, we are tackling inequality and doing away with more and more of it. Progress is slowed down and stopped at times, but it will continue, eventually. There are two approaches to achieve equality. One is legal and is usually pretty obvious. The other is social. We as a society have to continue learning how to get along with people who are different from us.

@Lee Grace Someone who taught me a lot of the Bible used to say "God's love burns selfishness to a crisp." It's a magnificent, truly awesome thing when we ponder it. In spite of our lack of faith and downright sinning, He never stops loving us. That's huge, but it gets even bigger when we find God gave us His love to love others with. A lot of Christianity is about how we treat each other - not just believers but how we treat unbelievers, too. After all, the unbeliever of today could be a believer tomorrow. When we love others with God's love given to us, it becomes easy to give to the poor, feed the hungry, house the homeless, heal the sick and visit those in prison. When we also study God's forgiveness, mercy, and grace to the end we increasingly manifest those things, being more selfless becomes easier. We only get one of these things called life. Having people love us and being around them, having a family, being in a monogamous relationship with the love of one's life is a huge part of the pursuit of happiness. It seems cruel, unjust and unloving to try to find reasons to deny those things to other people. It's been a pleasure visiting with you, too. You strike me as a good guy who is willing to consider the views of others in a friendly fashion. We need more people like that in the world.
