The Trailblazer League has a relic called Draining Strikes which is a 5% heal to HP and Prayer. His blowpipe becomes a one tick weapon and has an extra 110% additional accuracy and 20% damage.

Personally, I think there's quite a difference with 1 inventory space. A single brew can make or break a no prep solo or a solo cm. In addition, forgetting your axe at mutta can be punishing in a 1-3 man cm. And I feel like inventory and item management plays a big role in getting through these kinds of raids, so adding an axe to mutta room would just throw away any kind of planning necessary that would occur in self scout solos or in cm. All of these things are meant to be challenging, and being handed an item at the start of the room to make it easier would ruin the challenge aspect. I feel like this is why they chose not to include a lock pick in thieving either, because like the other guy said, it's not necessary to finish the room. However, if you want to get through it quicker, you can give up an inventory space and bring an extra item.

Except this is started off in lumby and varrock then unlock karamja automatically then can unlock other areas aswell through doing tasks etc and scoring points. The xp rates are extremely high because it's only running for 2 months I think seemed fun but haven't got time myself to try due to work life 😣

you have different relics that you can choose from. im guessing that he has the quick shot relic (which doubles you're range att speed rounded up and 100% increased accuracy) and draining strikes( which increases dmg and accuracy by 10% and whenever you successfully hit there is a 50% chance that you will restore your hp and prayer by 10% of the dmg dealt rounded up) which causes him to do massive damage and restore hp and prayer points. because the blowpipe ends up on a 1 attack speed when put on rapid fire (0.4sec per hit)
