Me too, it looks so realistic. It was because of the Lumia 950 XL that I sold off my Sony NEX-3N Mirrorless camera and I'm definitely not regretting it.

Among modern smartphones of today with a large Quad Bayer camera sensor, the Xiaomi's camera performance is on Top 5, if not Top 3. But when it comes to realistic colour and detail, the Lumia is still miles ahead of everyone. That said, I'm surprised with how well both phones fights out in HDR ON shots. They really performs equally good. Of course the Lumia doesn't hold a candle against the Xiaomi when it comes ultra lowlight performance, but Night Mode algorithm is pretty much inexistent during the Lumia days, so that is understandable.

With Carl Zeiss optic Lumia 950 has the best ever camera optic gear put in phone, incomparable, as also it has 1/24" sensor large almost as in point to shot cameras.. images quality is as in dslr cameras, the good ones..

My Lumia 950xl camera oversaturate color a bit, am confused between color saturation and color reproduction. Also lowlight pictures doesn't give me good results. May be am not so good in taking pictures though.

It's not saturation, it's yellow tint. The Lumia 950/950 XL and also the Lumia 1020 is famous for it. There's even one or two present in this video.

I have a lumia 950 and I had the same problem for a long time, I did a lot of research on how to solve the problem, I tried all the camera applications available for it, even those for Windows 8 and 8.1 and I got no improvement.. I didn't change my phone because I like the image quality that the Lumia 950 produces, however that yellow tint and at night a medium lilac tint was a problem! I recently discovered that installing Photoshop Express on the Lumia and regulating the color intensity completely solves the problem! By regulating with 2 clicks I can obtain the image I want and just as my eyes are seeing it live.

Another senseless video from this biased channel. 👎👎For one of the many instances, go to 2:42, the details and texture on the stone is clearly washed out on Nokia but it still got 1/2 points. Whenever other phone is better it will give 1/2 marks to both pictures. This nokia fanboy simply cannot stand the truth. 😑

Washed out doesn't mean loss detail. The Lumia's detail is still sharp enough. The Xiaomi only boost up the dynamic range. Detail and dynamic range are two completely different thing.

I forgot to mention about the lamp at 2:42, the Xiaomi is miles off compared to the Lumia. Even the door texture looks funny on the Xiaomi.

Lumia is just way behind in terms of texture captured on stone, it's almost like a smooth surface. And dude, lamp is definitely better on mI 11 ultra, it is overexposed on lumia. And i don't know what did you find funny about door. I think the door is captured almost similarly by both the phones. 🙄😑

I wouldn't say this channel is delusional. I have the Lumia and it still manages to shoot great photos. The Xiaomi still have more work to do when it comes to realistic colour and detail. In fact, that goes to all modern smartphones of today.

@@carnero_rojo no es que sea mejor en la mayoría de fotos. Simplemente tiene un post procesado mas dinámico y adaptativo, sin embargo en algunas escenas (HDR, noche) se nota que el sensor del lumia ya es viejo. Pero le supieron sacar un provecho escandaloso. (Además de que se nota que sus ópticas son mejores) El sensor del Xiaomi es mejor en todo aspecto, sin embargo Xiaomi nunca se ha destacado con sus cámaras, apuesto a que otra marca (Apple o Google) le sacarían mejor provecho.

@Blood cell \u/ yo también usé el modo manual en algún lumia y era algo limitado comparado al Xiaomi (solo 4s de exposición, iso limitado). Y el sensor del Xiaomi es mejor no por el pixel binning (no te dejes engañar, no da ninguna ventaja) sino por el tamaño como tal, es un sensor enorme de 12.5mpx (aunque te lo vendan como tal) así que obviamente va a tener menos detalle que un sensor rgb de 20mpx, sin embargo en la noche esa ventaja desaparece. El procesado del lumia es más atractivo porque si HDR es bastante fuerte a veces, sus colores más saturados y un contraste quizá demasiado marcado. Aquí lo único que podemos juzgar es el rango dinámico y detalle, en todos los otros aspectos, tendríamos que estar en la escena para opinar con validez y aún así, todo dependerá de gustos. A mi personalmente las fotos del lumia me parecen un poco alejadas de la realidad. También tuve uno y las fotos me parecían impresionantes, pero eran mas llamativas que lo que era la escena en realidad.
