I discovered that I could parry the leaping attack with my own attack by accident, but when trying to implement it I couldn't do it consistently. Looks like you want to do it later rather than earlier. Very nice job!

@@Q2tall I mean, yeah, it's still a technically a parry, but when people say it's unblockable what they obviously mean is that you can't parry it with the standard parry command. Learning the patterns well enough to parry an attack normally is one thing, doing what will did in the video is another one entirely

Usually when you have HP and MP drain, your MP goes out, but your HP stays at 1

Mp slip wont reduce your mp to charge (stay at 1 mp) Hp slip wont reduce your hp when you re in blinking/critical state

I still have no idea how to reliably dodge the pattern where she fires the four homing thunder waves at you and then attacks from above When I go to parry the last attack I usually just end up hit by one of the waves once it turns around and gets to me

Remove the flow motion ability sonic cleave and you will do a basic attack after air step instead

They make the game harder like HP/MP drain, no links, no shotlocks, no items, etc. so players can give themselves more of a challenge. To start using them, you need to start a new game or beat Yozora to unlock it and EZ Codes for that save file.

If you’re talking about 0:08, that’s one of the animations for risk dodge after blocking and staggering after certain attacks; the other two being an arial slash after a teleport, a fever pitch finish-type move, and a large enemy-exclusive one-hand flip over before a strike raid.

There's a PRO code called "HP Slip" which slowly reduces HP itself until it's low enough.
