Fish easily control mosquito larva in a body of water unless they can't get to them in pockets of dense vegatation. If you don't have any fish in your pond, go to a local pond and get some for it. Dense clouds you are describing is the notorious, Aedes Taenoirhynchus, black salt marsh mosquito. They lay 1 million eggs an acre on salt marsh mud that are single brood, they all launch at once. When tidal water comes in and gets trapped from the tide on that mud they come in the millions, you get black clouds of Tinny's that can travel 100 miles a day. You can see the larva from a helicopter, it looks like black smoke in the tidal water. Ae taenoirhynchus is possibly the most aggressive mosquito on the planet.

Don't leave anything blank on the application. A wrong answer on the application is not a problem, skipping the question(s) is. My county's automated application process will automatically flag an application as INCOMPLETE if any of the supplemental questions are unanswered and you won't even get to the interview process. So I have PTSD and being trapped in a car is one of the worst things. I literally had to pull over and get out. You can’t breath, your chest hurts, you cry, you can’t focus on what’s happening, you literally feel like your having heart attack. You get really hot and sweaty etc. no way you just could carry on driving around

From my own personal experience with a panic disorder and severe anxiety, you *can* drive through a panic attack depending on the severity of it. If it becomes severe enough, of course, you'd need to pull over and wait or have someone else drive or come and pick you up.
