8 looked slow but I get it. Slow and steady progression. I ran 600 SS, ModProd and SB as well as 125gp there 1992-1996. super fun. thanks for the on-bike video

8 and 9 both need a lot of work. I was here about a month ago and I have shaved off a ton of time though there. Got my lap time down to a 1:27, but there’s still alot of time to be found. Thanks for checking out the video

@jakedragsknee they have made changes to the track since I was riding there. It's faster now I understand. Smoother and fewer sketchy seams (turn 2) .

@@anthonysei they just repaved from about 600 feet before turn 1 and it goes all the way past 7. 8 and 9 got smoothed out with a slurry coat on top. This was one of the last track days there before the repave. I think they plan on doing 8-9 early next year. The smoother track was much faster, the old surface was pretty bad.

turn 2 took a lot of new guys out with the pavement transition. It was 2 " @@jakedragsknee

Hey bro looking to go for a day not sure if i can just show up or how it works
@jakedragsknee11 ай бұрын
You have to sign up before the track day with a track day organization online. Here in California, some good ones are 2 wheel track days, let’s ride track days, Trackdaz. Apex Assassins, and Fast Track Riders. Check their websites for the dates and you can sign up. All of those organizations have great coaches that can give you some really good pointers. They will be happy to follow/show you the way around the track, all you have to do is ask.

I didn't know willow springs allows helmet cams? I was bummed when I found out chuckwalla didnt.
@jakedragsknee11 ай бұрын
Yea I’m not really sure if they do or don’t, I just kinda threw it on my helmet and sent it. No one said anything. As for chuckwalla I’m not sure why they don’t, but the footage would be awesome. Especially with CVMA racing
