I kinda feel like wonka deserved FAR higher of a rating, where dune deserved a LOWER rating. Yes the song on dune was cool, but there wasnt a whole lot to it. It was a challenge map with no EE. Where Wonka had an EE, custom zombie models, custom boss fight, and everything else like that.

The “boss fight” was super weak and easy, along with the theme of a bright and colorful willy wonka wasn’t met. Dune had aspects that have never been in zombies maps before and was visually pleasing. I feel like both rating were just and fair

@doctorsno906 yeah but its still custom to bo3. After watching the contest back, i can actually agree with some more of noahs opinions on scores, especially with this one. The lighting wasnt great, the models weren't very fleshed out, but the map still looks great. But definitely not first place as i originally stated

32:04 Dude! I love this map idea with Willy wonka! If the map creator ever sees this! Please make a loop of back rooms using the chocolate river! The the fizzy drink room where the zombie bodies float up. A tv room where maybe chocolate skinned jumping jacks come out of the tv to replace regular dogs. Random golden egg power up spawn. An maybe when you open the candy room, half the zombie models turn to zombie ompa lumpa. Then you have to collect the parts of Wonka’s flute to activate it in front of the chocolate river to activate a song by the ompa lumpas and then summon gene. Leading to the underwater door unlocking and you escaping.

I think that the depth category can almost go away. It takes away from some maps by almost forcing people to create Easter eggs to progress. It almost can be both gameplay and creativity. Like how creative was the progression vs how fun was the gameplay progression

at @8:35 there is a split second where the map changes for a brief second and you can see the base map this wonka map was built over. It's pretty cool if you pause the video just right you can see what I mean. Again at @13:27 you will see it. Its best to put the speed of the video at .25 so you can pause it just right to see it.

I think the “John wick” map was re uploaded because at first upload, it was simply just titled “Noahj parkour hell” or something similar to that and in description he said it was for the contest with no mentioning of a movie of any sort, so I think he took it down and just put the words “this is obviously a John wick map” and reuploaded it. So it was never based off a movie in the first place. Which if I’m right. Definitely deserves a disqualification

The fact that sinister is first place is criminal. It actually doesn’t make any sense it has no boss fight, no buyable ending, no ee. And it’s a really small map smaller than nacht der untoten. And the fact it beats Madagascar even tho Madagascar have a boss fight, buyable ending, and a fully fleshed ee. And it’s bigger and way more colorful and nice looking. I’m convinced it’s one of Noah’s homies that made sinister. Bro I wouldn’t even put that map with the first 20 winners.

@@Exposinggoodandbad1 I played Sinister and it's amazing. It looks great, it plays great, it has custom spells and perks and everything, it's literally an awesome map and I'd definitely put it as #1. I think the Silent Hill map should've went higher than Madagascar personally, I find the Madagascar map rating a bit too high personally. See that's the thing, we all think of maps differently. The Sinister map is literally the only round based map that I could sit and play without doing an EE since BO1.
