But that would require smart people be dedicated to the project which wouldn't be very profitable. My government could and should be investing in such projects, but it's not a good enough opportunity for honest graft, profit.

I think youll find its the other way round... check out the top couple of ukr channels and then check weeb/milsum and DPA... Reality tends to do better numbers because most of the world doesnt live in the unipolar world of left dominated centralised propaganda media that we are lavished with in the west. I guarantee you if you ask the average Indian or Chinese person or any South Asian they could tell you that Russia is winning, not because of propaganda but because of arithmetic... also - yall mustve forgot but USSR was the largest and most powerful military apparatus ever assembled... they produced more weapons and equipment in 30 years than the US has produced throughout its entire industrial history, most of the world to this day uses Soviet weapons for this reason.
