one of those caustic soda oven cleaning rattle cans sprayed on a wasps nest in late evening when they all come back to their dwelling kills those flying stinging/biting insects. Best done with cover up clothing on.

Respirator is the biggy. I restored a 52 Ford 8N tractor and repainted it. I didn't really think about needing a respirator but I wore it anyway, and afterwards my filters were pinkish (from the vermilion red paint for the chassis) where they were white. 2) Protective clothing/long sleeves/long pants. 3) goggles work better than glasses. 4) Rubber gloves 5) Working over your head under a hydraulically held up lift. 6) Standing on the trailer tongue while loading. 7) improper trailer to haul the Bobcat 8) "Heyoh" isn't a great guiding technique, a loud "little to the left" would be better. 9) Not sure by looking, but steel toe shoes/boots. 10) Wearing jewelry or watches while working near industrial equipment. With that said, I'm just playing the game, and would probably have done everything the same way...lol. BTW, the rattle can topper sprayer thing. I bought one when I rattle canned my gray tins and wheels on my Ford 8N...finger saver for sure! Can't wait to see more of the Willys work since I'm doing about the same with my 48 CJ2A!

You forgot your PPE, and standing under the frame, is a.bad idea. You should of sprayed it in a area without the wind blowing, and cover your tractor, to prevent over spray.

Considering your concern for abrasive going into tight places leaving the axles on during the sand blasting may cause you problems, Sand in bearings and differential gears is not a good thing.

Ok I'll be a safety Sam. Let's begin spray painting without a mask and spray painting without goggles. Next is going underneath the front end loader while up in the air and not having the loader supported some how. Next Is walking around with a camera while the guy was driving around to get the skid steer wasnt paying enough attention. Next is the bees need to make sure u have bee spray. Also more support on the willy's frame as it could slide off the forks. Think that's all

What about the frame were the forks of the tractor is? That's one of them places you cant hit up in the air unless you flip it. The only thing I saw unsafe was you not having a cover over your mouth and nose. Everything else was fine with me is just country living. Good luck for everyone else who is more of a stickler.

So I'd direct you to contacting them to see if they can print ya one special. I'm with you on the big guy sizes.....it's sometimes tough to find big man shirts...and pants......it just sucks. I'm sorry if they can't get ya one.....someday soon I'll have someone working for me here on the farm...an assistant/helper that can handle shirts and chickens...tractors and hot rods....then I'll print them and I'll have big man sizes. 1-no sunscreen 2-not wearing a face mask 3- not wearing a paint suit 4- messing with a yellow jacket nest 5-being under tractor hydraulics could leak down or give out 6- air duster is like a drug you shouldn’t breathe it in 7- you didn’t scotch the tires of the tractor it could roll away and hit you 8- shouldn’t stand on tongue of trailer while loading equipment 9- didnt wear gloves while painting you could have had a allergic reaction to paint 10-you didn’t have ear protection while running equipment 11- shouldn’t stand under trees while wind was blowing 12- didnt have a hard hat on under the frame 13- didnt have a orange vest on while running equipment was around he may not have seen you 14- shouldn’t be drinking adult beverages without supervision

Sandblasting is definitely the superior option opposes to wire wheeling when it comes to restoring a frame. Just did sandblasted my 98 cummins frame and it really gets rid of the rust.

I'd replace that brake drum. That looks like a failure waiting to happen. Leaf springs should be thoroughly inspected - little hairline cracks in the leaves occur without warning. I had an old car break a rear leaf spring. I was lucky to get home and even luckier the salvage had a pair of leaf springs for me. When I unbolted the other spring the main leaf broke in two. Lucky I bought the pair. Not too difficult, but tedious.
