Today we finish replacing the RH Steering Knuckle on the Willys MB Hotchkiss M201 Jeep!

Interesting video Bruce, I've never done a jeep , but I've replaced bearings and drive shafts on our normal cars , like the wife's old Yaris , not as complicated as your job , but they usually crop up in the winter and end up doing them on my drive in between rain or snow showers, as the garage is full of bikes! 😅😅 Cheers Mel 🍻

Ya getting old does force one to "expand" ones clothing. I have some clothes I've had since the 70's ! (Hand made leather vest etc) that I refuse to part with. Also some pretty nice rock albums. 😎 Great vid for those looking for help. I'd buy Mr. Allister a pint 😉 Cheers to you both🥃

Great video Bruce, iv'e used one of those flaring tools a few times on steam pipes, l don't want to come across as a no all but when shaping copper pipe it's best to anneal it first heat it up to cherry red then quench in water, it makes it soft and easy to bend with less chance of it cracking 👍

I've a huge basket of inappropriately tight t shirts. 😂. I'm sure they must have shrunk in the wash! And i have a lovely leather jacket that somehow no longer fits. I can't figure out what happened. 🤔

Much respect tae the auld felly on the Life Boats. Ah grew up no far fae Pilrig Motors. Here's one for ye, West Pier Motorcycles on Brandon Terrace, I used to cycle by it on the way tae school sometimes on ma BSA Tour de France bicycle. They always seemed tae have a BSA motorbike in the window which at the time wisnae really my thing, I just wanted the fastest Japanese rocket. Come full circle now and am having thoughts about the new Gold Stars that are being built now.

Eddie who owned West Pier Motorcycles was some guy! What a character! We used to go in with a list of parts for s friends dads British bikes and we got to go downstairs into the cellar where on the stairs was a new Triumph still wrapped in brown paper, we discovered he had new old stock parts for the CB175/CB200s we were riding and we bought loads of it off him all still in the old green and white Honda paper wrapping, after mentioning Pilrig Motors i googled them and cannot believe they were still there! And closing this month due to no parking because of the trams! 😂 Will post the pics in next garage update 👍

@@Coastriderscotland Ah only went in the shop a few times to get indicator bulbs and the like. The Auld boy was quite a daunting character so ye didnae want tae hang around!
