The GTA IV Snow Mod turns Liberty City into a Winter Wonderland! Roads, trees, rooftops, parks are now all covered in snow and rainfall is replaced with snowfall creating a whole new atmosphere for GTA IV. I've also installed some winter clothing for the protagonists to further increase immersion.
PLEASE NOTE:
The GTA IV Snow Mod is not fully compatible with Episodes from Liberty City so the mod has been edited a fair bit to work alongside EFLC.

Only problem i had with these awesome DLCs is that they were too short lol this final mission was definitely one of my favorites, what a badazz way to end the story, I still feel like Rockstar didn't care about Johnny that's why they killed him off so quick which to me sucks man, despite of the crimes he did he was really a good guy that just wanted peace but Billy and Ashley made that bad , if Johnny didn't go back with Ashley he would of been alive but she was the death of him and he knew that, he knew she would get him into more crap but didn't know she would caused his death and that's so sad, RIP Johnny, Jim and the other bikers niko and Trevor killed , great series mate!

Actually, I felt like although Johnny's fate was very sad and seemed out of character when I thought about it some more it actually felt the most realistic. Johnny's life revolved around the lost gang. It revolved around being a biker and a criminal. At the end of the story, his purpose in life has been burned to ashes by what happened in the story, he is left with this tremendous uncertainly as to what to do next with his life. His supporter network consists of outlaw bikers like himself. So it would make sense that Johnny would eventually reform what's left of the gang and bring it to a different area like Los Santos hoping that he could start the gang over and bring the gang back to the glory days. But the cold hard reality of how difficult it is to make a living in an area like Sandy Shore, the remaining problems within the gang caused in part by what happened in Liberty City, and Johnny's terrible depression over how wrong things have gone with his life and the gang he loves could easily result in Johnny going back to someone like Ashley and getting hooked on drugs as a way of trying to escape from that whole awful situation. Johnny as a person isn't a good person. Compared to people like Billy and Brian he is an angel. But fundamentally he is the sort of person that has done and continues to do a lot of bad things in the bad world that he lives in. Given all of this Johnny's final fate was to be expected. A violent end was in the cards for him. He was never going to find a happy ending given all the terrible things he had done and the terrible depression that he had at the end of the lost and the damned is the sort of depression that can stick in a person for years, seeing all of his hopes destroyed by a variety of factors both from within the gang but also outside the gang and feeling completely directionless at the end of the game as he realizes that he can't think of any sort of future for himself that exists outside the gang lifestyle.

Ya know, Rockstar was very smart with how to handle the final large spectacle gunfight in TLAD In GTA 4 & TBOGT Niko and Luis were handling very powerful Russian gangsters protecting their bosses, they were the most feared gang in the city so of course they’ll have the money and resources for hundreds of men with large weapons but that wasn’t the case for Billy Billy was just the leader of a small outlaw motorcycle club that Johnny was also apart of, but he had a reputation of being a loose cannon and a bit of a liability after he got out of rehab. He was just angry and making rash insane decisions along with thinking he was tough shit. Someone that hot-headed and dumb wouldn’t have the connections nor the resources to become this powerful unstoppable main antagonist (Micah is an exception to this) nor have hundreds of commandos with high caliber automatic weapons guarding him. So what Rockstar decided to do was have Billy get arrested and in the final mission, The Lost had to break into the prison to get him and in doing so, go through hundreds upon thousands of highly trained armed guards (which in turn became the role of his private army like the Russian Mob for Dimitri and Bulgarian) Gotta hand it to Rockstar that was really smart, the main antagonist doesn’t have the resources for a highly trained army? Let’s get them arrested and hard to get to due to how many guards are in the prison; basically giving THE COPS the role of his “army”
