Footballs were filled in 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Then they sat outside where it was 45 degrees Fahrenheit. Physics shows that air contracts when cooled, hence why they appeared deflated. Anyone that lives in cold weather has experienced this with their tires. Shrinkage is very real. lol. Let's check the Colts footballs too. I bet you will see the same thing. One way to solve this is weighing them after first pump, then once outside for the allotted 2 hours weigh them again. If air pressure plays such a vital role in scoring, which I feel doesn't, protocols need to be added and refs need to be observant and re-pressurize the balls throughout the game. Especially in cold weather.

Lmao his point is clear. These people produce all of the product with their labor. The petty bourgeois manager gets paid double to do half the work. Simply, drunk Kobe is highlighting the exploitation of their labor which lacks proper compensation considering how much value they are producing.

Emmett trained me to turn footballs! Haha, what they don't tell you is that everybody in that video (except old Glen) gets paid piece-rate, so we don't have this holy devotion to quality like they pretend, we whip them out as fast as we can, so that we can make the biggest checks we can. The inspectors sort out the rest. @Jsavolainen we only make leather balls in Ada. Yours is beneath us.

@strongyang it is a Wilson NFL Official football...licensed by Wilson to make a cheaper ball in China..i found out if you don't pay at least $80.00..its made in China..don't get me wrong..it's a nice ball...but the tiny print under the valve that says made in China..should be bigger and somewhere more obvious on the packaging..it's misleading the way it is..

I just sent mine out to Wilson football repair in Ohio to get a new bladder and laces for my older model football. I don't know if there is any validity to the service or not. You just send the ball out with twenty dollars and they send it back with bladder and laces.

D Murr Update, they sent me back the football two days ago and must say I am very pleased. It came fully inflated new laces and a great shape. The ball itself already had poor workmanship to begin with but they made the ball ready for play under the circumstances.

Thanks for the update, I have at least 20 balls that don't hold air any longer, I'm in one of those situations where I doubt they would do all 20 balls. Recently I bought a dozen of Spalding Never Flat balls. Have you ever heard of a way to inject some sort of glue to re-seal the older balls?
