The man in the skirt was just interviewed during 2019 Wimbledon, he is Scottish, and subsequently this was his most recent return to Wimbledon; he said he lost 9 stone and the tennis outfit skirt and top were auctioned off for a charity event he supports.

That's Mikhail Youzhny of Russia asking Andre for advise. I was always a fan of his. Even tho he never won a major singles title, Youzhny had a great career making at least the quarters at all 4 majors, including 2 US Open semis! He retired in 2018.
