Was at this match and we actually won fair and square . We went a good unbeaten run and won the FA Cup that year if you didn't know already

I'm a Gooner but I had a soft spot for the old crazy gang and still wish them well today. To hold their own in the top flight and consistently get results against big teams for as long as they did was nothing short of miraculous.

Lol "Wimbledon. The Familly Friendly Club"....not on the pitch they werent. Remember going to this game and Niall Quinn got some treatment from Fash the Bash and the Crazy Gang. Plough Lane was barely more than a non league ground and the players had to get off the coach in Durnsford Road and through the Dons fans into the Nelson Pub at the side of the ground to get to the dressing rooms. The Arsenal players really didnt look like they wanted to be there and probably were hoping just to finish the game without an injury.
