Nadal vs Delpo Wimby 18 qf was one of the best matches I have ever seen. Every delpo forehand in that 5th was a winner.The quality that Rafa produced in the last 7-8 games to win was out of this world. And that hug at the end of the match. Two gladiators showing us what tennis is all about. A gentleman's sport at its finest.

So he needs to be far from the ball to reach his contact point. He doesn’t bend his elbow much making so he doesn’t have much elbow/forearm take back. Federer has a shorter backswing.
