I'm back after 18 years. In fact, when I saw the video, I felt like I was going back in time. Here, Maria had won her first Grand Slam at just 17 years old. An incredible talent. The haters just too blind and never want to try to admit her goodness. Her wealth comes not only from tennis, but also from various brand endorsements and additional business ventures. She is married to a handsome guy and has a son, Theodore. Sharapova was a really exciting player when she first burst on tour like this. But this kind of game style is really hard on the body and on the mind. She took the ball later and later as her career went on, and the serve became less and less of a weapon.

This is one of the most impressive wins in the history of women's tennis and certainly the moment that inmortalized Sharapova's succesful career. Virtually everyone expected a routine victory by Serena, as Serena was in the height of her powers. Yet, a then unknown 17 years old Russian had other plans... Sharapova became a global tennis star and appeared in the cover page of Sports Illustrated soon after this match.
