1: Does any music I use have to be copyright free? 2: Can I use multiple programs? (i.e. , Filmstro for audio, After Effects for VFX, and Premiere Pro for editing) 3: Is there a limit on how many or how few actors I can use?

Filmstro is purely for scoring your film, it's not a video editor.
