Felicitations you adorable bunch! I hope you’ve had a great week and thanks as always for joining me for another episode… Today we’re back in Britain (you can tell because the drone shot looks absolutely miserable) having a bash at a 72oz steak challenge in Suffolk. If you can get the better of this one not only is the meal FREE but you get £50 cash money for your troubles too! Thanks for stopping by and I’ll catch you this time next week for the next one. ’Til then, stay insatiable! Cuddles…your mate, BMF :)

Mad respect to this guy's toilet bowl, plumber and all the sewage processing workers who make this series possible o7 Heat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Mix the crushed biscuits with the almonds and butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a 18-20cm cake tin, lined with baking parchment. Bake for 15 mins, then cool completely until the crust firms up. Reduce the oven temperature to 140C/120C fan/gas 1 and place a baking tray filled with water at the bottom of the oven.

I remember this one time, in band camp... I have Crohns so my stomach is perpetually fucked. Anyhow. I had made this lovely roast, 1.5Kgs, that I figured should feed me for at least a couple of days. As it happens though, the roast was just too good. So, I accidentally ate it all in one sitting. I immediately regretted it afterwards, thinking I will surely shit for two weeks straight. This was on a weekend. On monday, arriving at work, my colleagues were all high-fives and bro-fists. When I wondered what for they replied: "C'mon man, you obviously got laid - don't even try to deny it!". I felt great and my shits were very modest.

@@jaroslavoswald7566on their menu it said it was rump steak, which costs around £6/lb. 72 oz is 4.5 lbs so the material cost would only be around £30. Even if you add the chips and salad it would still likely be less than £50 so technically the store isn’t losing out as long as you don’t finish it. You also have to pay a deposit and make a reservation 48 hrs in advanced, and I’m not sure if you get the deposit back. Not gonna say her name. But this one girl did a steak challenge like that in a couple minutes. She did 2 of em. Beat the speed record twice in the same sitting. Technically only once because the first one was beyond crazy. 72oz steak, baked potato, salad, and 2 bread rolls in 5 minutes and 6 seconds. To be exact.

Had to eat within an hour. There was log book of people who finished it. One person did in about 10 minutes. Was traveling though Texas about 20-25 years ago. Also they had, maybe still have video someone ate multiple steaks in one sitting. May not realize how big a piece of meat that is without seeing in person. It was huge
