Today we're at a little spot called Oceanside Sandwich Shop in Hampton Falls, NH having a crack at their as yet unbeaten 'Monstah Sandwich Challenge'...
The rules for this one are a little different, but the long and short of it is as follows...contenders must order two 20 inch subs of their choice from the menu (the only rule is that it must contain meat and no ingredients can be removed from the sub as listed on the menu) and if both are finished inside the rather odd time limit of 53 minutes, the sandwiches are free and you get whatever is in the kitty. If you lose, you have to pay for the subs AND contribute $5 dollars to the jar for future competitors to attempt to win...

Ey up folks! I hope you’re having a fine and dandy weekend and thanks as always for dropping by for another episode… Tonight’s episode is probably my favourite from the trip, so I hope you enjoy it. I’m currently in the frigid hills of Norway, so I might not be quite as active in the comments section as usual, but I’ll catch up when I’ve got a sec or two spare. I hope you’ll be back this time next week for the next one and ’til then, eat some meatballs! Lots of love, BMF :)

A little trivia for those that are interested, The red stripes on the water bottles indicate that they were purchased out side of the state of Maine. Maine has a $.05 bottle deposit and the only way to get it back is to recycle them. Poland Springs (the bottled water company) is located in Maine so they have to identify bottles that are sold outside of the state of Maine. It's a whole industry up here. Born and raised Mainer here. Side note the "-ah" on the end of words is really common in New England, mostly in coastal towns.

These shops are owned by salt of the earth people and you can travel up and down the east coast and find these shops all along the way and the only thing that changes is the accents and the verbiage, the people are all the same: humble, kind and caring.

Please don’t ever get rid of tablecam Adam lol, I find these behind the scene conversations absolutely hilarious! ‘Have you got a dog under there?’ ‘That’s not the first time I’ve been asked that’ 🤣 Sorry I haven’t been around in such a long time my friend, I lost my mum very very suddenly last January (on her birthday of all days, she sure knew how to pick the right moments did mum), 8 months later my sibling passed very suddenly aged 44, & then my Dad ended up in hospital for the best part of 6 months - thankfully on the mend now but touch & go for a while. I’m also in the process of moving, so it never rains but it pours eh. However, I’ve popped in & watched your videos when I can, I’ve just become more of a silent viewer over the last year a half just over. Been lovely to see your channel just grow, huge congrats on 1Mil, geesh I remember us all pushing for 100k! Time really has flown, hasn’t it?!
