I want to play Bolton but I’m afraid to get smacked. Feel like with Jones out the backs will be able to get up to him.

Bolton would be a solid replacement, but I'm afraid this isnt the standard matchup vs PIT. I unfortunately expect PIT to trail, limiting their ability to run. Bolton is a solid bet for snaps, but I don't see a big game from him this week. I may advise to pick up Jaylon Carlies and easy decision if Speed does not play (whichever Colt starts at LB - they'll match Speed's production. Just make sure Carlies is the starter before gametime if you go this route.

Pick 2......Franklin, Dean, Sherwood. Personally I like Dean n Sherwood, but I can't bring myself to bench Franklin. Leaning towards Franklin and Sherwood probably just for the potential of them throwing down one of their crazy 15+ tkl games!

Franklin and Sherwood are an optimal LB duo, although I am a bit concerned with Franklin vs NYG. Giants only allowed 11 tax to ATL starting LBS last week (ATL was up so much they even benched most starters). Kaden Ellis Still had a nice game vs NYG with 7 tax and a sack. Furthermore, NYG have only allowed an avg of 14 tax/gm to LBs over the Last 3 games (6th lowest). I think Franklin's tackle floor is a little bit lowered (and same for Speed/Carlies), but maybe his chances for a sack increase. These are all top 5 plays, but I'd definitely roll out Dean vs DAL if he's active. Dallas is a top 10 matchup in regards to allowing tackles to opposing LBs.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all! Got a tough decision between Cross and Brandon Jones for DB and then one flex between the above DBs, Sherwood, Speed, or Kendricks. Thoughts? Thank you!

Happy Holidays my friend! So because Jones comes with limited risk (seems bankable all season), i would advise to look his way rather than find out who Cross is this week. I do believe Speed will be out once again. I'm concerned on Kendricks status, he would be my preferred add but not sure of his status, and Jalen hurts status may be almost just as important. Throw Sherwood out there for now, I would pick him over any stream that is available

My LB spot has been plaguing me. I have Speed, Ernest, Bernard but looking at Rozeboom and and Kendrick and better ceiling plays. What do you think starting 2?

If speed plays I'd still advise to keep him in. Rozeboom would be my 2nd choice. If speed is out, rozeboom and Kendricks

@@josepena-p9u don’t really like the other options.. just pulling straws at that point. Coker may have most volume but is perhaps big play dependent, hockensen looks like a bankable 5-6 pts, and Ferguson flopped for 4/24 last game vs PHI. Only thing going for ferguson is perhaps higher target rate, Nakobe Dean being Dountful.. think Coker or take your 5-6 with hock- anything more is a blessing

@@KeatonBurgess 2 pts solo, 1 ast. I would start (ideally) Budda, Cashman, Kendricks. Budda and Cash man are locks, If Kendricks or Jalen Hurts is inactive, skip over him and pick between Jewell or Spillane. Both solid floors there, about same upside

Went against Anderson who put up 11.5 and Roquan who put up 14.5 Going against: Garrett (DL), Oluokun (LB), James (DB), Bland (DB) Scoring is 1 solo, 0.5 assist, 3 tfl, 4 sack, 0 QB Hit, 1PD DL: I have Rousseau/Wonnum starting. Also have Diaby, McDonald. LB: Henley/Sherwood starting. Also have Speed (if he plays). Bolton already played. DB: Owens (Hicks is DNP)/Love starting. Also have Metellus, Tykee Smith, Carlies (On sleeper). 1) Am I cooked? 2) Thoughts? Since I have 2 TNFs do I play the better DB and see if Speed is out for Carlies. 3) Anyone you would swap around?

I think you've got a shot, who knows what his team will do - only time and the fantasy gods will tell. In this situation just simply control the controllables, throw your best lineup (matchups/snaps/stats taken into consideration) and let the truth be told. I love your Lb room, love owens and dbs, think hes got a safer floor than love (granted love has the better chance for 100% snaps and CHI should be having to throw to stay in the game.. CHI is alot better matchup than MIN and it's perhaps not wise to sit an explosive player like Love, but let's call a spade a spade when Owens is out there, hes a stalwart at DB (in fantasy - not necessarily so much for the Bears in real-life. What I'd hope for is Speed to be out, we get some sort of confirmation Carlies starts again, and if we have that - think Carlies and Owens may be safest plays, with great upside as we know.

35 tackles over last 3 weeks scores great in my league (2 pts solo, 1 ast.). No Mosely, Quincy has taken a major backseat. I figure Sherwood will be in a great spot to post another 8-12 tax vs BUF. Gameflow was the issue last week, I wouldn't hold that on Sherwood, who was more than serviceable anyhow

@@silence3916 I'd still prefer Sherwood, and although Jets looked decent last week, I don't anticipate them being on the field long enough for Bernard to rack up 12 tackles again. No disrespect to Bern, just not the right matchup to expect the same production
