Hi I found your video this evening. I am trying this for a IC7100. So far I have set it up for direct usb connection from my desktop pc to the rig as well as accessing the radio via my laptop on my local area network in my home. I set up the SERVER SOFTWARE on the desktop, the CLIENT SOFTWARE and the WIN4ICOM on my laptop. This way I can operate the IC7100 via my laptop without being at my radio desk. During the nice weather, I can be on my outdoor deck or by the pool or in another room in the house and use the radio. My next step will be to set it up so I can access the radio when I am on the road for work from a hotel room being that I travel. Have not tackled that yet. However, I did learn quite a bit from you such as the MACROS, VOICE MEMORIES, FREQUENCY MEMORYS being able to be set up to read the radio's current information. I will must likely buy the software. It has been only 4 days that I downloaded it to try it out first. Take care... 73 Bob W1RPG
