I put my pistol in my actual safe when I leave the house. When I come home I grab my pistol and it’s on me till I go to bed. When I go to bed it goes in this safe so it’s accessible in the event of a home invasion and when I leave it goes back in the actual safe. My safe is 400 pounds. A lot harder to steal lol. My safe is downstairs because I can’t get it upstairs. This is the solution for me. It’s why I can’t have my AR in my room. That has to stay in the safe as it won’t fit in this pistol safe lol.

Good way to make it harder for picking the lock is to camouflage the key hole with a sticker .
