Wage inflation is the objective, so no surprise it is permanent. The problem is wages will not overtake the rise in cost of living. $15 minimum city wage does not get those workers a better apartment. It only raises the rent, taxes and food prices. Pushing economies with extremely low interest rates results in fragile, over-leveraged, under productive, anti-competitive institutions.

That woman has more wisdom than her age suggest. And she is not the only one worrying about inflation, there is a bunch of smart billionaire as well... Ray Dalio, Michael Burry, Stanley Drukermiller, Paul Tudor Jones, etc... I am not an expert, but common sense make me think they will probably be right. Jerome Powell and Janet Yellen lose fiscal policy combined with Biden social agenda is gonna be a disaster. I am also betting on strong inflation.

She says the market is all greed no fear, but we hear every talking head on earth go on about inflation. The price is going up but generally on low volume. To me this is to scare you out and try and dissuade the wage inflation that’s coming on imho

What a one sided segment. All greed and no fear... look at the options chains skew, downside protection is incredibly pricey at the moment since basically everyone is hedged. It would be nice if the producers could book two guests that didn't just parrot each other. That or have the host push back at least slightly with a counter point to engage in debate.
