No, that's not it. The atb of robo was glowing before sonia attacked so he was going to move right after sonia whether she attacked him or not

If they were truly 100% speed tied, ethna was picked last in the first game, where as ethna and robo were picked in the same slot (4th pick) in the second match. Would have to do some testing to see if in that case it’s truly depending on the pick slot or if it’s just a coin toss every time.

it might be firstpick determinate - i.e. player who has firstpick gets priority when speed is equal? thats the only other thing i can think of.

@@Kaylerca previous balance patches were most of thr time around this date. It might differ this time cuz of swc. But I think its save to assume its in about 2 weeks. Again, this is just guessing based on the previous release dates
