The thing is you know what to expect since you know the original but you still get surprised in every second of this arrangement 🥲

I said in the community post that I would go wild if this actually were to happen! And I also said in brackets that "Shelter" would be something I would also love to see almost more! Then I listen to this and the second I heard "Shelter", I was a mess! And that leading into "Fellow Feeling"!? Robo, I dunno what to say, you are a godsend!

Dude this was a masterpiece that had me hooked all the way through, I love Porter and Madeon so much and hearing the obvious passion you have for their music, with the motifs you include from their previous songs makes this a joy to listen to, not to mention the utter talent clearly on display. Sorry for this "review" sounding comment but WOW.

I really wish that I could precisely convey into words what this one made me feel, it's unimaginable too see and feel how love is a never ending cycle. You and I must share not the exact passion, but it is love that bound us to Porter and his art, his way of expression. Because you once loved him and his music, you were able to do create what I've just heard, and by that, you just made a whole another universe of possibilities for me, nurturing love, passion, hope, joy straight into my heart. You deserve to be heard by him, but if that never happens, just know that I, thoroughly hear and see you, and I hope thats enough Thank you !

This is beautiful, my friend. Porter's "Fellow Feeling" is about this exact same realization, that so many people around the world feel just like you and I; that so many of us can love just like you and I, and feel this inherent pull towards our fellow humans BECAUSE of their "flaws." We may even be from different continents, but I still understand exactly what you're describing with this complex emption. It's not the childish, purely euphoric sense of love. It's a deeper adult sense, simple yet complex, that just says "I love you because you exist, and I could spend my entire life finding metaphors without conveying a trillionth of what I feel for you. I hope that, one day, you love yourself as much as I do." Y'know, people used to call me weird because I give strangers hugs. But fuck it. I love you too! I hope you make a million dollars and keep using this kind of rhetoric with the people who love you. If it affected an internet stranger enough to write a letter, your voice must mean the world to the people in your life. Keep talking

Have to ask, how do you compose these pieces? Do you record instruments acoustically yourself or through very good midi and effects work? Learning music production myself atm
@StenKruiswijk10 ай бұрын
Most of what you hear are virtual instruments from Kontakt that i'm programming into MIDI using Logic. But if you ever hear a guitar or piano then that is me playing
