I actually preferred the fence on the top of the castle over the cutouts, gave it some nice dimension :D This build reminds me of the old sims medieval game. Forgot that even existed! It's such a gorgeous build and I love the landscaping.

You might not see my comment but a way you could put princess cordelia to haunt the castle is letting her die in the lot and leaving the urn somewhere, so there'll always be a chance for her to appear when other sims are in the lot :)

My sim is a historian and scholar and this would be perfect for her! She has a cottage and she's studying vampire lore atm because I'm planning to make her want to be immortal so she can continue her pursuit of knowledge indefinitely. Using your story as a reference, perhaps this castle is what inspired her to study history and now that she's older and has money she wants to restore the castle! 😊

this is SO gorgeous! i'd watch the heck out of you bringing the castle back to it's "former glory" if you'd like to revisit it. that being said, i absolutely LOVE the mucked up look. i just love derelict builds. i need to grab a few more packs so i can get the effect myself. werewolves and... strangerville i think would be good? oh, and eco lifestyle. that's where all the trash piles are, right? university would be nice too, if only for the cool debug vines lol. anyways! love the build, amazing as always, and love the story telling here. great job!

The idea, the lore, what its turned into, the actual build. Jessicapie this is a magnum opus. It is a bluffs staple in my saves now. And also I might make it a residential and have Princess Cordelias decedent (possibly vampire decedent) inherent this property. But she is broke and has to renovate it room by room to its former glory!

Brilliant idea making this into like a punk house. It never occurred to me til now that yeah, there really aren’t any communal lots in-game that are ‘illicit’ spaces, teenage sims are I guess supposed to just go where they’re allowed? Lol not likely

In Henford-On-Bagley there is a lot up in the mountain titled "Cordelia's Secret Cottage" !!! I'm build a fairy cottage on the lot and i just happened to look up and notice it!

This is such a creative and exciting take on the lot and the castle kit! What a dream hang-out! Also you really NAIL the overgrown, makeshift and grungy but still cozy aesthetic soo well. I LOVE these build and lore of yours so much. And abandoned castle that the teenagers use as a hangout spot. 😭😭 when i was 17, me and my friends used to hangout at the abandoned kids playground. We painted and rearranged furniture for mangas that we collected, but in a ball pit area. We made the wooden swords under the slides. I miss it so much.

I absolutely LOVE this build! It is so freaking cool, and beautiful, all at the same time. You did a really great job, even if you haven't been inside a castle before. I especially love how you incorporated the ruins. I'm a huge fan of ruins, and have plans to do this as well. My favorite ruin is Fountains Abbey in Yorkshire. I did study abroad in college, touring ALL over the U.K., visiting more cathedrals than other "important" buildings, but my fave was a crumbling old monastery from the middle ages. Anyway, thanks for sharing your amazing talent. But, how did I not know that this lot was locked? I've spent a couple years trying to decide who would get to live here. I had no idea I couldn't switch the lot type. Major bummer! Can one have weddings at The Bluffs? Does it come up on the list of possible wedding locations, like bars, lounges, parks, etc.? I would love to build a fantasy castle wedding venue at this location if that were possible. Much more useful than just a late night rave location.

Oh my gosh this is so great. Honestly Windenburg is the best place for a castle. If you end up doing another it should totally be for the Villareal family. The dad is the club leader for that knights club. It would totally fit them.

I have royals in my game. Arnessa Thebe (Cordelia's ancestor) in Tartosa is the Queen.I gave her another child who's going to inherit the throne and keep the Thebe name, since Hector wanted to pursue his cooking business. I also added the Vanderburgs from sims 3. Soo if you make more, I have the sims. A old castle with a remodeled inside would be cool IF I could build...your builds are awesome tho.
