This song has been one of my favorites to play for a while now (tho I play with a capo on the 2nd fret). So I stumbled upon this out of curiosity from a twitter art post one of the Golden Deer posted. Sounds cheesy, but I'm being serious when I say I feel a bit inspired to pick up my guitar and start to sing again especially after reading the description of music being a first love. Long story short, I'm kind of at a weird point in my life at 25 where I've been getting some professional help and guidance because I've been high key suppressing my passions in things that are more artistic for a long while now due to fears in risk and "practicality". Thought "I should" have a "normal job" by now after trying out higher education for some years and doing what I thought would guarantee me the "right path", but here I am, needing to find my way, even if its through the little things and taking one small step at a time. Sounds cheesy, but thank you for reminding me through something as simple as a song cover referenced by one of the Golden Deer on twitter.

ive never heard this song but holy shit dude. this is top tier. 10/10. very epic. i absolutely love how well that key change was handled-- it's audible in both your playing and your voice. and your inflection!! your pronounciation!! it's perfect!! your vibrato is really strong and clear too. are you self taught? theres no way youre self taught. unless youre god. you might be at this point idk.
