In the case of Python installing, you don't require admin rights to open the setup but you require admin rights to install the setup when you will click on the install button in the setup:) PLEASE DON'T GIVE HATE TO THIS GUY AS HE MADE A HELPING VIDEO NOT A FAKE VIDEO.
