1:04 somethings that helped me were getting rid of any clocks in the room (including wristwatch) and at night i'd disable the clock feature on my devices - phone, laptop, etc. It takes away alot of the pressure to fall asleep because you never actually know what time it is and how long you have before you need to be up.
