Window regulator operation

It’s just a typical window regulator assembly from any passenger vehicle. This one was broken- plastic part that attached one end of the braided wire cable. Re-attached it without the plastic part. Did the video to explore other uses for such a powerful motor.

How does a frameless glass motor work?, when you want to open it automatically the glass drops a little, do you know?

Nope, the operator needs to let go at the window extremes. Think all vehicles work like that.

Plz help me man with some guidance. I hear band sounds rolling when hold the button up on driver side. It's dead on the passenger side. Do I need a whole knew panel that's $400 or a motor

id get another quote the part itself is abt 100.00. the window regulator is not considered repairable,
