Good video bro by any chance did when connecting plotter to computer you had driver problems? Ik they send you specific drivers but when connecting to a tinting software it’s not recognizing the com4 port any advice?

Yes I did. You have to call your cutting software and let them install the correct drivers.

That plotter would work for side windows and quarter windows.

Heay brotha really good video having issue. Decided to get the 34 inch to fit in my truck it's dialed in and now I can only make one cut. Then it forgets where the origin is and tries cutting farther down from the origin point. Think it's a memory issue.

You have to hit origin after every cut to put it where you want it. Basically telling the plotter a starting point. Mine I have set up to feed an extra 3 inched so I can cut it. Then I roll it back to where I need it and hit origin. Hopefully that makes sense.

Cool. Remembering the origin button is a new routine I must learn to follow. Had big issues still thought it was static. Called both us cutter, no progress. Called film design, he put a mimaki driver in it, no problems. If anyone is continuing to have an issue try the drivers. Follows the titan and many other budget plots.

Hey i’m using the digicut software on this plotter but the problem is when the plotter cuts the windows it cut them longer then it’s supposed to be because i used digicut on a graphtec plotter the windows came up perfect do you have any i idea what should i do

I only used digi cut for a week or 2 but from what I remember it has a calibration setting. Try that. I Personally prefer core software.

question on my titan 2 when I put the machine online it always spits the film back and I have to reload it back into place, any ideas ?

I would try a hard reset if not maybe call the manufacturer. Most likely has something to do with your plotter.

There is a lot of tint software that is compatible. I use core software. I had to email them to get approved then once approved I downloaded their software and called them to connect the plotter to the correct drivers.
