Very nice ! Just plugging CM 15 in XY and works ? I wanted to try that (not done yet but I was expecting smooth integration). Do you need to set something up ?

It could work if you don't want extra processing (and can nail it in one take), but that's not what I did here. For this video I recorded ~10 takes onto my TP-7 then created a composite take in Logic Pro, which I then ran through EQ + De-Ess + Compression and back into the XY.

@ thanks ! Almost doing the same actually (CM15 in Logic directly). Will try connecting direct to XY as I wonder how to process audio as part of the tracks.

I don't have a Minifreak but I think you'll need a 3.5mm TRS type A MIDI to 5-pin MIDI adapter (or 2 if you want Minifreak -> XY AND XY -> Minifreak), then you'll want to follow an XY guide/video about getting your MIDI settings in order on the XY. Finally, connect the audio out from Minifreak into the audio in on XY and enable the incoming audio. Note: you could also connect through USB, but at the very least the Microfreak was NOISY.

Usbc to usb b cable. Or get a usbc to usbc cable and usbc to b adapter. I've connected mine via USB and it works great.
