Nice system but what happens in case power goes out while raining, can it still be closed? :S

If the actuator is connected to a control unit with a rain sensor fitted the actuator will automatically close during rain. We do not offer a control unit where battery backup mode also powers a rain sensor. I hope this answers your query.
