This is why I love Windows 10 Ltsc it stays on one build of Windows while those normal versions of Windows keeps adding new stuff I would never use nor want on my pc the only two things I do on my pc is game, and browse the web.

I dual boot Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021 and Fedora 39 on my computer. It's smooth sailing whenever I have to switch to one another depending on what I need to do.

actually, the changes in apps you were showcasing is an individual apps that can be installed from Microsoft Store even if you have windows 11 21H2. except for Explorer and Task Manager.

I can't use Windows 11 because my trash old Pentium PC can't support it. Even with Windows 10 (21H2), it's very very laggy. (I MEAN PC, NOT WINDOWS)

@@fcfcth I don't wanna kill my PC! Even with Windows 10, it's working so slow, with Windows 11 much slower, my PC is from 2009 and when I was buy it at 2020 it was in Windows 7 and it was working smooth, just because my WMC was a problem, I had to upgrade to another version. So I can't Install it.

In 23H2, they removed all the Windows 10 Elements from Windows 11 and that's why it's looking different to 21H2.
