Well the latest testing shows Windows 11 using multicore CPU's more efficiently but WIndows 10 was still utilizing the GPU better. Hopefully by release that will be fixed.

I compared Win 11 to 10 and 8.1 8.1 was the best in everything. One of the games on 8.1 the 0.1%low fps was 20fps hgiher than Win10. Then 11 and 10 was almost the same but Win 10 was 2-10% faster mostly.

Just wait a year or two for the bugs to be squashed out as well as it generally being more stable and then upgrade. After all 10 will be supported to 2025. This seems to be the rule of thumb for every new product that rolls out these days, whether it's a console, new game/software, or in this case a new os. I must say, I am quite fond of Windows 11. Although my PC initially indicated that it did not support it, despite meeting the specifications of an Intel Core i7, Nvidia GTX550TI, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD, 64-bit operating system, and 120Hz display, I fortunately discovered a workaround to bypass the issue. It seems that Microsoft's predictions may have been flawed, as my PC now runs Windows 11 seamlessly. I must commend Microsoft for the elegant, clean, and professional design of Windows 11. They bought bethesda and they already ported a lot of old games to windows 11 gamepass, they're doing an excellent job and they can do the same with discord, as they already stated they will just let the current devs do what they were doing, but they just want licenses etc to put it on Xbox consoles. MS is right, but when I tried it out, there was a little bit of performance decrease than Windows 10. When I ran some games, the performance between Windows 10 and 11 are the same, except the fact that my CPU temperature increases to 80°C unlike Windows 10 where the temp stayed at 63°C.

I had windows 11 for a while, but it was unstable, my device is supported, and even Microsoft and other KZbinrs recommend it. And I still went back to windows 10.

Call me dumb but imo Microsoft should make a version of W11 that's compatible with/runs well on lower-end PCs and laptops called Windows 11 L or something like that (L stands for lightweight). It would have all the same features as W11, but would just use up less resources and work on devices with less power.
