+OSCAR MERA When you add a radius client to the radius server the ip address that you should configure is the ip address of the client device, like the ip address of a switch, the ip address of an access-point! hope this help you!! have a nice day! :-D

If you have a range of IP addresses that the client device could be, add the range in CIDR notation (ie. "10.1.1.0/24" for everything between 10.1.1.0 and 10.1.1.255) Source: docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/networking/technologies/nps/nps-radius-clients-configure

That's the IP Address of the server. so he is using a test client (NTRADPING) to connect to the Radius Server with the ip Address of 192.168.3.251

The IP address 192.168.3.251 is the hosts IP that makes the request to the Radius Server, in this video is the IP of the PC (workstation) who makes the request with the program.

192.168.3.251 is the IP address of the actual NPS server, and port 1645 is where it is listening for RADIUS connections.

thx for your update,, the ip add of my raduis server it is the same ip of windows server 2012.? because i tray to connect with raduis using port 1816 but its not working,do you have any idea?

I'm not the one who made this video, I'm learning as you are. I'll help as much as I can. are you trying to test the connection? Use NTRADPING (google it), to test it. Also when you setup the client, make sure the client IP address is correct. If you are testing from the same server as the radius server, then use the IP address of the radius server.
