Windows 7 Install Can't See NVME Drive Fix

Those drivers saved my life! I finally installed some Win7 updates after not for several months and they completely crashed my PC. When I restarted windows went into recovery mode where it asks for your keyboard layout and wouldn't detect my M.2. I would have had to reinstall Win7 if I hadn't found your video and these drivers. When I got these drivers and had them on a backup drive, they loaded right up and suddenly WIn7 could see my M.2 again and booted into Windows again like nothing happened after the quick startup fix thing ran. You're a saint, good sir.

I just get a prompt saying I can't open the RAR files. Ok, got WinRar and extracted them, but Win7 installer Load Driver thing says no signed device drivers can be found.

Wow... Download driver's from Samsung support for using M.2 as secondary drive w/ Win7. Simple fix for my problem. Awesome! Thanks!

So if the drivers arnt there then we should download the: Microsoft NVMe driver Hotfixes for Win7/Server 2008 R2? I have an XPG M.2 (ADATA)

so i just slipstream both 32 and 64 bit pure files into the win7 installer, because otherwise i won't even see the installer at all? (it just crashes)

This did NOT work for me. Windows installation did not see the drivers. I have an EVO 970 Plus, and I downloaded the pure 64 bit driver.

You also need to slipstream 2 Hotfixes of Microsoft to your Win 7 Install Image (KB2990941 and KB3087873). Otherwise it won‘t work with 970 evo plus.

very good, saved me, but it was unclear to me if the drivers should be loaded on the NVME drive or a usb drive, because the driver installation under the windows 7 installation was not really shown in this video, if there were more steps like in this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/iqjYkGqkqdysp6M from Ferenc Gombar it would make the guide more clear :) any way thanks
