Thanks a lot! Your video really helped, I'd never install win95 on my own using Retroarch. It gave me a lot of issues, the disc being unbootable, before I found this guide. Btw I've used this driver: voodoo_graphics_driver_kit_version_3.01.00, it can easily be found online, and it adds 3dfx. Just saying this for the benefit of the viewers: find an unknown multimedia device in device manager and install these drivers for it.

on the subject of missing files, you should copy the contents of the cd image to a folder on the virtual hard drive and restart the Windows-setup from there

we has been in ages where OSes occupied tens of GBs if not hundreds, where ppl had forgot (or not born in that golden age) about we used to have OSes (which stored in 20x 3.5inches floppy disks) which can do amazing things, ... and ppl are calling simulation/ virtualization non-sense (same as how ppl called Java too slow years ago), While I had a diff opinion, this is what I called freedom of using my own hardware and software, we don't need bloated OSes to play games.

Howdy Lee Darling OS is now out of beta Woo! *Massive wall of text ahead* Expected performance: Glxgears: 800~ fps (No overclock), 1200~ fps (With overclock) VLC: 720p 60 (No overclock) 1080 60 (Overclock) Chromium: Honestly it's still very unusable atleast by my standards but it's a lot better than what you get on rpi os Boot times: I would say about the same as rpi os but since there is no autologon there is no way to know for sure System responsiveness: Very responsive and snappy Notes: This distro is not a replacement for every pi and i do not guarantee that it will work on other boards as well as it does on a pi 02 This distro is not made for beginners as it uses an experimental desktop environment and window manager (And it's arch based so duh) Visual glitches may occur as rpi 02 has very poor software support on basically every linux distro, it's bad all around Your system may lock up if you do something very intensive (Again this is due to bad software support for this board which i tried my best to mitigate) Some quality of life features are preinstalled such as a GUI package manager (Pamac) and samba file share (To access your pi from your computer just type \\ followed by the pi's up address or \\ZeroTwo in the windows run box) This distro includes a very basic and simple to use utility called DarlingMenu (Written in bash by me) Functionality includes: Overclocking Enabling/Disabling Remote desktop (WayVNC, which is hardware accelerated and for once does not lag alot on this board) A benchmark utility (A very simple glxgears script to display your driver information and average framerate) Sudo is not included as this distro is supposed to be light and minimal so doas is the alternative to sudo here Installing packages can be done in 3 ways doas pacman -S PackageName , doas pamac install PackageName or using Pamac (GUI) Distro details: 32 bit arch linux based distro desktop environment: wayfire-shell window manager: wayfire Display manager: ly Shell: bash Reason for existing: To provide a minimal alternative for rpi os on rpi 02 boards Download: A link for darling os can be found in Pi world (A "new" discord that i am recreating) An invite link can be soon found in the WoR server's announcement channel Or in PiBot's bio section (A bot from the WoR server) Once you join the server you need to verify then go to the downloads section and you will find a link for the image (And before you ask why i'm not giving a link here, KZbin does not like links so sorry about all the hassle)

@@leepspvideo Sweet, i would love to hear your thoughts on this, by all means i'm open to any suggestions/criticism, sorta looking for stuff to improve so if there's any one thing that you or others want to see in this distro and it fits within the realm of possibility then i will try my best to implement it :D Also i'm quickly updating the download because i forgot to disable journaling but that shouldn't really matter for you (It's suggested to do this on SD cards however this might increase the chances of a corrupt install if not shut down properly)

I needed an extra Pi to run another instance of Octoprint but vendors were wanting more for a Pi4 2Gb than I paid for a Pi4 4Gb a Pi4 8Gb 2 aluminum Flirc cases and 2 64Gb cards, so what did I do? I went on Ali Express and ordered an Orange Pi Zero2 for £21.90
